September weekend 5k badge (and others?)

To get this badge you needed to run 5k between Sept 11 and 13th. Ran 10k on 11th.

How come the badge wasn't allowed?

    Yes, you need to join the challenge before the activity. Try editing and saving the activity - it should do the trick.

    Except, I did join before the activity. And edited the activity (the name at least) and still no badge.

    And to update: I contacted Support on Wednesday 14:44 (CET) and no reply.

    Just to give an update - no reply from Support.

    I also tried editing the activity to "Other" and then back to "Running" with no change.

    So, to update...

    I received an Email on 25 Sept. from Support asking for a screen shot of the badge and to share the activity**.  I did this, and also included a screenshot of the activity.

    Today (2 Oct.) I received another Email asking for my permission to access my account.  Which I gave.

    So, now I'm waiting to see what happens...

    **The irony of me doing this is that I was awarded a "Thanks For Sharing" badge - worth 1 point - which was what the 5km badge was worth...

    Final update - I have the badge!

    After I gave permission for Support to access my account (2nd Oct.) I received an Email on 7th Oct. saying that the screenshots I originally sent did not come through. So, I resent those.

    Then on 12th Oct. I received another Email apologising for the delay (due to high volumes) and asking for the link to the activity. So, I sent this (again).

    On 15th Oct. I had a response saying a request had been made to award the badge.

    It came through on Monday 19th (possibly the weekend - I only synched on Monday and the award date is 11th Sept.).
