Lost data of menstrual cycle

Hello,

I have been using menstrual cycle for a year and been happy with it. Today i noticed that all my data is lost and i have to set up everything again. Is it possible to restore my data?

This happens to me constantly. I want to look at the history or prediction of my cycle, and it invites me to "Get Started." Then I'll look at it later and it will be back. This will happen the same day…

3 years on it’s still happening! Shocking really. All my other data is there but from 1 day to the next my cycle data is gone. So any argument that it’s a different account is nonsense.

No luck: just lots of men telling me I don’t know how to use the app. Nothing from Garmin.

My girlfriend actually lost all of her data as well, so it is likely.

Same here. No device changes. No logging in/out. No new account. Etc. Data just not showing. After closing the GC app and reopening, all the data reappeared. Hope this works for others.
