3 years on it’s still happening! Shocking really. All my other data is there but from 1 day to the next my cycle data is gone. So any argument that it’s a different account is nonsense.
The loss of data from a GC account is not very likely. You may be logged into a different account than originally. Try signign out, and signing back in, using the original credentials. You can also check Garmin Connect Web.

This will happen the same day that it gives me reminders about my period.I came here at least expecting Garmin to be acknowledging the bug and saying they were working on it, not gaslighting us over it happening at all.
