Garmin connect app problems.

Hi,Since the 17 July 2020 my Garmin connect app is not syncing my steps or workouts to Discovery vitality.I have tried delink and linking and still no joy.Please help.

I'm having same issue with forerunner 30 watch records data but not syncing on phone. Lost steps sleep etc since 25th

Assuming this is not related to the outage, as you might have unrecoverable step data from July 23rd. See this thread: Steps missing from outage period.

If your issues are occurring even now, you can try power-cycling your device and phone and/or syncing with Garmin Express on your PC or Mac. Otherwise you can try the more extensive list of troubleshooting steps here: Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide
