Missing steps data after lockout

After the lockout the steps data for 23.24 and 25.07 are not appearing in the database. I stored the fit file seperatly since i know that S60 only stores or synchronises 2 days but if i try to upload manually message " already loaded " appear but steps data for those 3 days is zero. Anyone any idea or same issur?

Not sure if it will help you, but I had the same issue and I managed to recover the missing steps (and other daily tracking data). Key to success was making a backup of the watch content, when the outage…

My steps data from 23 July are also not appearing (forerunner 735)

Not sure if it will help you, but I had the same issue and I managed to recover the missing steps (and other daily tracking data). Key to success was making a backup of the watch content, when the outage started, so if you don't have any backup then you're probably out of luck. Then, after Garmin Connect started working again I identified the files that contained July 23 data in the Garmin\MONITOR folder, and I copied them manually back to the watch. The, after the next sync, the missing July 23 data appeared in Garmin Connect.

sounds good, unfortunatly I only did for one day a full back up the 24th; for the other days i just saved the activity FIT files;

anyhow, the funny thing is if i save back the Monitor FIT files, the step Info is in the chart for the 24th but the count, isn't updated, really interesting.

I contacted Garmin via Facebook. I told them my steps from July 23 and they put them into my account. Now my streak is going on.

Yes, they told me to write them a PM on Facebook. I did it and short time later they asked for my mail address and the permission to look into my account. Again it wasn't a long time when they answered that they fixed it. If it doesn't work I should contact them again but everything was fine.
