Could you share the concerned activity from Garmin Connect Mobile as WebLink, send it to yourself, and then post the link here?
although my Cardio activity of today is now showing on the app although is recorded in my vivosmart
Apparently, your device is now associated with multiple accounts, and a part of the data lands in the other account. Follow the instructions in the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.
