how to synchronize Garmin conect web with garmin conect mobile app?

Garmin conect web  is not synchronizing with the connect mobile app anymore. How can i fix that?

Mobile and Pc are in the same Wifi, but there is no automatic sync, but it worked some weeks ago automaticly.

I also can't find an manual sync option between  App and web.

  • Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Connect Mobile are just two different interfaces to the same account on the Garmin Connect server. If you see different data in each of them, then it means that you are logged to a different account on each of the platforms.

    You can check it out in the following way. On the phone app, go to Menu » Settings » App Diagnostics and note the Displayname code. Then open the web interface, click your avatar in the upper right corner, and select the option View Profile. Now compare the ending code in the address line of the browser, with the code from the phone app. If they are not identical, you have two differrent accounts, and need to use the same one on both sides. You can log out of the web account, and log in back using the identification from the phone app.
