Same problem with a run on the treadmill about 20 minutes ago. I can see the activity on the watch (Fenix 6s pro, software vs 9.00), but Connect just doesn't upload it.

It's the first time this happens to me. I did several short runs today and they all uploaded to Garmin Connect as they should. I am shure I saved it and I can see all details in the widget on the watch.

Yes, very annoying.

Trux, thanks for your help and finding the thread I couldn't find back anymore.
Turned out to be a synchronasition problem. I first made a copy of the activity as it was stored on the watch. Deleted it on the watch. Imported the copy via GC Web.
Everything back to normal
