Forerunner 35 - Activity recorded but not transferable to Garmin Connect

Hello,

An activity was recorded on my watch, but I cannot find it in the application or to import it on the Garmin connect site.

The .FIT file from the watch is not supported.

Do you have a solution to this problem?

    hi, sorry to hear about your mishap

    some advice

    contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap

    • get a case number and report that number in the forum
    • you can help others with building a larger case this way
    • mac users empty bin when device connected

    avoid pausing during activities

    clean activity folder on a regular base

    The last advice sounds well known in our world ... sadly.

    I will create a nex post so with the .ZIP file and ask some help to repare it.
