Connected gps

So I have a problem regarding the connected gps feature by vivosmart 4. Although my smartphone (honor) shows a notification, that the gps is beeing send to the tracker, it still searches for it. I tried to change my position and the distance but cant think of more options. Any ideas?

It does not work with the current version of Garmin Connect Mobile app v4.32. Either wait for a new version with a fix, or downgrade to an older version from a public APK archive such as apkmirror.com

I received the update this morning via Play Store to v4.33, though the Stats in Store still say 4.32.1.

You should just check for updates, if your Phone doesn't do it automatically...

On Google play store Is still version 4.3.2.1. I cannot understand that you have a new version 4.3.3?!

Having the same problem. Logged in on my husbands mobile and than it worked well. So I think my mobile is the problem. We both have the same version of Connected. There is no version 4.33 in the GoogleAppStore.

Go to the GooglePlayStore on your smartphone and check for updates...

Which Versions are you running on your phones and what phones do you use (Brand/Model)?

Now I have version 4.3.2.1. I have smartphone Ulefone Armor 6e android 9. Version 4.3.1 worked well with Vivosmart 4. I controlled the newest version on google play store five minutes ago but I still see old version only.
