I fixed this through the web dashboard (https://connect.garmin.com/). Open the activity and click on the Edit (pencil upper right corner), then save it without further changes. Looking at my badges now, I have the "Ride to 100". Hope it works for you too.
Thanks...didn’t work for me. For crying out loud Garmin: you make exceptional hardware but your software sucks. My Forerunner is bulletproof and excellent but Garmin Connect is not. Can’t add miles to indoor rides, totally inaccurate tallies in Challenges.
I won’t get started on Basecamp. Montana is stellar....Basecamp best left at home in the closet.
In my case they are accurate. Do not forget that only activities recorded by a Garmin device count towards Challenges and badges. No activities recorded by 3rd parties, or added manually. If you respect these basic conditions, the tallies are perfectly accurate.
