I can't download any new watch faces, saying I need to update my device. I have completed all available updates.

I have just had a vivoactive 4s arrive and completed all available updates however it is still saying I need to update when trying to download any new watch faces?

Contact the author of the app, and ask whether he has an app compatible with your version. Also read the thread Apps Connect IQ require update of my Vivoactive 3 for more details.

Thank you for replying. I have contacted the developer because it is listed in compatible devices. It seems I can't download any of then though? I will check out the thread you recommended too. Thanks again
