  • why virtual climb badge ( 735 ft or 1000ft) were not awarded after complete a more than 1000 ft floor climb activity?

    I tried everything, nothing change. I wrote to the support. They have perhaps not put correctly 735 and 1000. I ll try tomorrow with the 1500..

    I got all four badges without any problems on the first attempt, and without the need to do any tricks. However, to be sure, I always did some 20-50% more than was really needed.

    Personally I have the feeling the people who worked on badges are not quite good in converting feet to meters, so if you are too close to the threshold, it may fail. You are already the second case I saw here on the forum, where the Elevation Gain was pretty close to the threshold, and not been recognized.

    I was thinking yesterday evening that's perhaps 753 and not 735. But I stopped before the second try too so unfortunately I don't have this response. And if it's that, they will perhaps correct it after my message. I realized that too much didn't work too. When I made this 228m I didn't earn the 334 too! For the 334ft I made yesterday evening 338ft and it works. So today I ll try an another. I ll make today something like 1600ft.

    That definitely worked for me without problems. As I wrote, I did all my climbs with a decent margin, and was awarded all the four badges without any issues. I rather suspect they introduced a bug lately, in awarding the Floor Climb badges, so the best thing to do is calling the Support and having them look at it. In the last two days I already saw posts from 4 people with the same problem.

    The 1500ft works! I'll do the 1000ft tomorrow. I asked yesterday the support. No response yet. I'll tell you as soon they respond. I think there is a code issue with the 735..

    I have the same problem too.. Badge not awarded Disappointed All other ones I got..
