Virtual climb badge

why virtual climb badge ( 735 ft or 1000ft) were not awarded after complete a more than 1000 ft floor climb activity?

I had issues and so did my wife where we completed the activity in the house. We have different Garmin watches but both watches did record the altitude gain correctly, but we both didn't get the badge…

I have Fenix 3 and it does not have a dedicated Floor Climbing activity App.

Today, I did 154 floors showing 368m Accent and 369 decent... and still no badge !!

So, I did a lot of searching, including…

I have Fenix 3 and it does not have a dedicated Floor Climbing activity App.

Today, I did 154 floors showing 368m Accent and 369 decent... and still no badge !!

So, I did a lot of searching, including this page and finally I got my 1,500 Ft badge. Here's what I did :::

I went to my GC page and saw that it was showing activity as 'Mountaineering' (top left and just left of my name). I changed to "Floor Climbing" and entered the correct floors "As it was ORIGINALLY Recorded" by Fenix 3. Voilà !
