My Vivoactive HR Garmin isnt recording distance and pace correctly, but gets the time right. Can someone help me in fixing this?

Moj je jos uvijek isto u granciji uzeo sam ga prie 2 miseca.Slao sami im poruke da imam problem al nikako da ga rijesmo neznam sta da napravim vise.
