My Vivoactive HR Garmin isnt recording distance and pace correctly, but gets the time right. Can someone help me in fixing this?

When I go for runs, the pace, distance and stats are all wrong, but the total time is right. Does someone know how I can fix this?

I'm having the exact same issues and despite me sending multiple examples to Garmin and them acknowledging the distance is wrong , the excuse is that GPS must be lagging somewhere. Deplorable excuse given same revolt from then outlines garmins GPS excellent accuracy . So so disappointed with level of customer service and my watch is still under warranty !!!

Moj je jos uvijek isto u granciji uzeo sam ga prie 2 miseca.Slao sami im poruke da imam problem al nikako da ga rijesmo neznam sta da napravim vise.
