Bluetooth not working on OnePlus 6T with Vivoactive 3

Bluetooth not working on my Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music Watch . Most bad thing is that in India even service centre do not know what to do and shamelessly suggesting to buy new watch. Hey Garmin Team. Look into the issue . Your company is loosing its image of quality product.
