Vivoactive3 "find my phone" do not work?

My phone is Samsung note 10+ (android 10)and Huawei mate 20 pro(android10). I use "fing my phone" in watch when screen off. Phone can't ring.

Ps: I give Garmin's app all permissions and allow the app change system set permission. But both is not work. App notifications work. I put app into Samsung's sleep list.

Works fine with v4.30 for me. Make sure the Bluetooth comunication works, and is not being shut down for example by battery optimizing features on the phone. Some tips from the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting…

In Android 11, I had to go enable Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Connect -> Other Permissions -> Display pop-up windows while running in the background

I use Camera Opus to find my phone. There is function to find a phone even the phone is locked. It plays loud sound and vibrate.
