Approach S60 stopped connecting after last update. After getting it reconnected again it will not synce. The synce icon on garmin connect is non functional

Watch and phone are paired but do not synce when Garmin Connect is launched.  The connect icon is muted and does not function when touched.

  • Did you pair the device with the phone from the device (just like described in the installation instructions in the manual), or from the side of the phone? In the later case, remove the pairing, and redo it in the way suggested in the maual. When it does not help, look at the troubleshooting guide in the top pinned post in this forum.
