vivoactive 3 - connecting problem with xiaomi Mi6 pro.

I got a new vivoactive 3 yesterday and have problems with pairing and connecting to my phone Mi6 pro. i got it paired and synced once yesterday but today it is not finding the phone.

I tried switching both devices of and back in...

I even reinstalled the app. When i want to add the watch it sees it but the so said the device seems to not be in pairing mode while it was.

Any idea?
