Forerunner 235 Not Syncing Data As of 1/30/2020

My Forerunner 235 worked perfectly before the most recent firmware update.
Now it tracks my calories, steps and heartrate throughout the day, but it does not track sleep, although I sleep with it on, and it does not sync the data to the Connect App via my cellphone or the desktop app.
I have no tracked data since 1/30 in my connect app.
I have attempted to restart (not factory reset) the watch with no success.

I performed and saved 2 activities this morning (treadmill and elliptical), and I was able to view the data for them on my watch, but the activities did not sync to the Connect App.
I connected my watch to my PC via USB and attempted to import the activity file from the NEWFILES folder location; it was 76 bytes but a message appeared stating 'One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance.'

I disconnected the watch and attempted to remove it from my phone's Bluetooth, re-add then resync but to no avail.
I downloaded the Fit File Repair Tool and decided to give that a try, but now when I go to view my NEWFILES folder there are no files:

The file name still displays in my recent files on my PC but it cannot be located:

When I view the ACTIVITY folder, there are only 2 activity files from 1/30/2020

I am willing to do a factory reset if that will get everything back to normal, but I am at my wits end as to what to do so I don't continue losing all of my activity data.

Thank you for any assistance in advance!
