my vivoactive 3 does not synchronize any more with my Samsung mobile

although Bluetooth is activated on both devices.

I swithched off and started both devices without more success

.what could I do as next steps

My Samsung updated and will no longer sync with my vivoactive 4. I have tried many different solutions suggested with no success. I cannot turn my watch off or access BT on it. Help!

I do not know Vivosmart 4, but it is certainly written in your user manual. On my watch, I can do it through the Quick Menu
