Why has the app on my android phone stopped syncing? It was fine until evening yesterday.

My Garmin 235 has just had an update and now it won't sync. 

  • Did you try rebooting your 235 and your phone? Does it sync with Express?

  • Some phones will reset app's permissions after an update, so make sure you verified them, and turned them all on. On some phones (e.g. on Huawei phones), additional settings like battery optimizing, and lock screen parameters may need to be readjusted after a software update.

    As  suggested, the rebooting of both devices is a good start, though, when troubleshooting any similar problems.

    Thanks, it's sorted itself. Yes I tried a restart of both multiple times, I uninstalled the app too. Glad it's sorted, how else would I know how I slept or my heart rate........clearly too reliant JoyShrug
