will you fix the connectivity problems with Denis 5x

I have fenix 5 X and the watch can't synchronized with the application of android, I pay 750€ for the watch, my phone is OnePlus 5, if I want an ordinary watch just for telling me the hour I was going to buy a Swatch. It suppose that you are Garmin!!! the worse Chinese company didn't have this problems with their products and customers, please tell me when did you fix the issue of connectivity problems.

This is a community forum, we can provide you some tips, but cannot speak for Garmin. If you can't find the solution neither here, nor in the user manual, or in the support knowledge base, please contact Garmin's support.
