Call and SMS notify Xiaomi

Hi.

I have some problems with notify 935 and 735xt with new Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. With all permissions arrivate, I can are notify about a call, but nothing about SMS or WhatsApp: why? Joe I can solve It?
