Help with Pairing Approach S60 with new Mobile phone

I have upgraded my mobile phone and am having problems connecting my Garmin Approach S60 to the Connect App.  I originally paired the watch with my old mobile but have now unpaired it.  When you pair the watch for the first time it takes you through the Bluetooth pairing process but the instructions for pairing it to another mobile phone are not clear. When I ask the app to search for the watch it continually says device not found. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
