Is there a way in Garmin Connect to see the live data of the current activity?

Is there a way in Garmin Connect to see the live data of the current activity (i.e. distance, pace, temperature, time, etc.)? I can only see the live HR and steps, but cannot find a way to display any other parameters. In many situations I'd prefer watching the data on the phone than on the watch. Not only I often can't easily read the tiny letters on the watch without glasses, but sometimes I have the watch under layers. Also on a bicycle, it would be much preferable to watch the activity data on a phone mounted on the handlebar.

It is in the same state as shown in my post presenting it. Not much interest shown in the poll, justifyng to spend on the development considerable time that is needed. I still plan trying to improve it, as time allows, but there is currently no schedule.

You can find detailed description in the document How to Use the LiveTrack Feature in the Garmin Connect App

Add your own email address or Twiiter to the recipients, and when you receive the notification, click the link in it.

I tried that. Does it work for indoor activities? When I do that, it seems to be looking for my location first and foremost. I want to do this mainly for cycling on rollers indoors.

No, AFAIK LiveTrack only works for outdoor activities using GPS.

I updated the README file in the repos with some extra explanation. The .apk and .prg builds are available on Github.
