App not letting me add a device

I've bought a vivoactive3 and everyone I go add a device the app automatically shuts down. Not sure what to do? I have an Oppo phone. Is Garmon not compatible with my phone? Already tried to deleted and reinstall the app but nothing please help me!!

    Mine is doing the same thing & I have an OPPO too but I have had other Garmin devices added before on my oppo so not sure why it won't work for the vivoactive3

    Hi mummaclark,

    No it was not working. But my phone sort of broke it and I got another one. Now I got a samsung and t work fine! I think it's because the old opportunity is system was old (5.0) and the app needs a newer version.

    Hope you have better luck..
