Why does the app doesn't show the Cardiac Frequence Graphic anymore?

My app used to show the carciac frequence before (photo 1). Now it doesn't show it anymore (photo 2). Why?.

Me too!! Two days ago, the app doesn't show frequency and sleep, Have you found the problem?? Could you help me , please?

Basically there are two possibilities:

If on your watch, on the HR widget, there is no data on the graph of last x hours of your HR, then either the HRM sensor stopped working, or perhaps there is a problem with storing the data (i.e. corrupted storage, or insufficient space)
If the HR data is available on the watch, but not transferring to the Garmin Connect app, then it looks like the connection was lost. You can troubleshoot it using the tips from this thread, or you can sync the data using the USB cable and Garmin Express on the computer.

I did bur nothing happened. The App connect garmin sinc and steps for instand are shown and sinc corretly...

It may be the best to contact your local support
