Vivosmart3 no display of the floor climbed!

I cannot get floors climbed to track on my vivosnart 3. I have tried to power down and reset my watch, I have deactivated it from my screen and reactivated it. Nothing works

Have a look at some tips in this thread: What's the secret to tracking stairs accurately?

Also test in the ABC menu whether your altimeter actually works, and check in the settings whether you did not set the altimeter/barometer into the manual barometer mode.
