There is no display of floors climbed in my vivosmart3 evenafter cleaning the sensor at the near the charging point

I cannot get floors climbed to track on my vivosnart 3. I have tried to power down and reset my watch, I have deactivated it from my screen and reactivated it. Nothing works

Also test in the ABC menu whether your altimeter actually works, and check in the settings whether you did not set the altimeter/barometer into the manual barometer mode.
