I think this issue was before I and some of the other very helpful persons started to be in the forum. The issue is probably caused by a corrupt file that can be easily fixed by several users and even by yourself.
You've stopped using Garmin but it can be interesting for other users to know that they should contact Garmin Support if they got issues. Posting in the forum could be a start if some other users helps out, but to create a support case at Garmin you need to contact them.
