Hi everyone, i was having the same problem, and the solution is pretty simple: you need to keep trying over and over again, without waiting a lot between tries.
I managed to get to the card details screen after 10 or 15 tries. i hope it helps.
Worked for me once. I counted the tries: 27, always tried mastercard. I would be interested if that's what Garmin calls a decent experience with the app.
