Garmin Pay - no fields to add card appearing, just blank screen

Same problem here (in Germany, unit: Forerunner 945, latest Garmin Connect on a Huawei P30Pro)

Russia, 945 as well.

It is strange as i was able add card when just unpacked watches, but after deleting watches from connect no luck with reenter

I'm lucky to have a working card in my wallet. I just wanted to add another card. Garmin says, it's possible to add up to 10 cards I think. 

I was able to add using iphone, even stranger can't see added card on my phone

Same problem here. Found some info on garmin support how to update Android Webview System to fix blank screen on mobile app, but that didnt fix the problem

Yup i found it too, but AFIK from android 7 webview is no longer in use, only chrome.

I got once screen with adding card, but i didnt have card on me with data ;) so i discarded. It is blank now again.

But dont bother to try it, it will not fix the problem.

The same in slovakia. VA3. And yes, above link does not solved anything...
