Why does statute UK use Fahrenheit?

I have looked at a number of threads here which say that using 'statute UK' as the units of measure would give me distances in miles and temperature in Celsius (as we use in the UK) but I've selected it and am still getting temperatures in Fahrenheit. This is meaningless to me and would be to anyone in the UK under about 65!! What is going on?

Also, I would like to see weight expressed in stone, which again is what most people in the UK use. Why can't reach unit of measure be set separately?
