impossible to see detailed activity data and graphs in mobile app

Hi all,

My apologizes if this has already been posted, but I have not easily found it in the forum.

Actually, since about a week I have an issue with the mobile App and my Fenix 5S. I can sync without problem via BT connection, and the activity (for me running) appears on the daily activities with the summary. Clicking on it, I have access to the first page with time / distance / calories and map. The issue is when I want to see detailed data and graphs. All the 3 pages are completely empty and show nothing. This is not a problem of data synchro. since the good news is that everything is present and appears well with the online version of GC.

So all my data are well synced on Garmin servers, but for some unknown reason, impossible to see them with the mobile app. only. I tried to restart everything... but not worked. So if somebody has an idea, that would be great.

    I'm having the same problem with a Vivoactive 3 Music, and Google Pixel phone. It seems as though this only happens to me when I sync the activity via bluetooth, if I manually sync from my watch via a WiFi connection though it appears to work fine.

    All of the data is there as I can see it on GC web. Just not the mobile app.

    Garmin definitely appear to have broken something here.

    Idem, pure io ho lo stesso problema!! se registro una corsa nessun problema ma se registro un allenamento non vedo nessun dato ne con Samsung S7 ne con Samsung S8 mentre con Iphone si vede tutto...

    if I manually sync from my watch via a WiFi connection though it appears to work fine.


    As of this morning, it seems that doesn't work either. Synced activity via WiFi, and can't see any lap data etc in the mobile app :(

    Same problem here, when using self defined workouts, three empty screens (only screen with map of the route isn't empty). When not using a self defined workout every screen is filled with the correct information.

    I spoke with Garmin yesterday about the issue. They are aware of it and added me to the open case. They requested I send them s sync audit from a sync with the activity, as well as my mobile diagnostics. I'd recommend that anyone having this issue do the same. They said the more data they have, the faster this will be resolved.
  • I'm glad I found this post and the temp solution by roll back Connect to older version.

    the reason of custom workout did not show is most likely because of the feature that Connect now can auto "step type" each custom lap as Run or Recover.
    iPhone got it few weeks ago now they release it on Android but it's not working yet.
