impossible to see detailed activity data and graphs in mobile app

Hi all,

My apologizes if this has already been posted, but I have not easily found it in the forum.

Actually, since about a week I have an issue with the mobile App and my Fenix 5S. I can sync without problem via BT connection, and the activity (for me running) appears on the daily activities with the summary. Clicking on it, I have access to the first page with time / distance / calories and map. The issue is when I want to see detailed data and graphs. All the 3 pages are completely empty and show nothing. This is not a problem of data synchro. since the good news is that everything is present and appears well with the online version of GC.

So all my data are well synced on Garmin servers, but for some unknown reason, impossible to see them with the mobile app. only. I tried to restart everything... but not worked. So if somebody has an idea, that would be great.

    I am having exactly the same issues. I have a google pixel 3, and Fenix 5 Plus. My activity syncs fine, but I am missing all of my running stats, split details, and graphs....the pages are just blank. Everything syncs to Gamin Connect website fine......only the mobile app is missing the info. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall, as well as delete the activity and re-import. Nothing seems to work. This started about a week ago. I have had two activities exhibit this behavior. If I go back and look at an older activity, the detailed stat pages work fine.   • I am having the same issue. For me it started on April 11. Can see time/distance/calories on the first page but nada on the other 3 pages. I am using a fenix 5X. I've also noticed that on that first page, in the past it has always shown 'gear' and 'device' I am using under the time/distance/calories. Now the 'gear' is still showing but the 'device' does not appear at all. It's odd because I've found that if I go into 'edit activity', all of the data is there and available for editing. Like the others, my data all shows up on the connect website too. Hoping the issue can be resolved.
  • Just out of curiosity, I am using workouts generated by trainasone.com. Wondering if others who have this issue are also using workouts or are running without a preset workout. Just trying to eliminate the workouts as being the issue causing the problem.
  • Good point. I also noticed that the issues were all with the running sessions planned with Garmin Coach while other running sessions (did one On Friday) was perfectly fine and data can be analyzed on the phone.
    So it could be related to workouts... But a solution needs to be provided because I never had this issue before last week.

    Might be on to something. I am using a Garmin Coach training program as well. I haven't tried an activity without using it yet, but I will and see if there is a change .
  • It is definitely something related to structured workouts. Performing and synching an activity (e.g. running) without following a workout works fine, while following a workout (My workouts or Training Calendar) leads to missing details in the activity data (only Garmin App, website is fine). I'm experiencing this since April 12. I have:
    1) Cleared cache and data in Garmin App
    2) Reinstalled the App
    3) Factory reset the watch (Fenix 5x Plus)

    Nothing helped.
  • i have same problem, no detailed data or graph on the mobile app, but they are on the website,
    i have noted that the training where i have used trainingpeaks trainings plans the data dont shows, but when i train without a trainingsplan they works fine,

    please fix it Garmin :-)
  • Just a quick update about where I am with things... the problem is definately with the Connect app. I just rolled my app back to a previous version and boom, all of the missing data/graphs are now showing. When i was having the issue, I was running 4.16.1 (the latest version). I rolled it back to 4.15.1 and everything is good. It is now showing the previously missing data. Hopefully they will get the issue fixed in an app update so i can go back to having the latest version. Until then, I'll stick with this one.
  • I have the same issue. Using Garmin Coach. I have reproduced it on 3 Android devices, however iPhone works fine. I opened ticket with Garmin and so far they just asked me to reinstall the App which did not fix the problem.
