impossible to see detailed activity data and graphs in mobile app

Hi all,

My apologizes if this has already been posted, but I have not easily found it in the forum.

Actually, since about a week I have an issue with the mobile App and my Fenix 5S. I can sync without problem via BT connection, and the activity (for me running) appears on the daily activities with the summary. Clicking on it, I have access to the first page with time / distance / calories and map. The issue is when I want to see detailed data and graphs. All the 3 pages are completely empty and show nothing. This is not a problem of data synchro. since the good news is that everything is present and appears well with the online version of GC.

So all my data are well synced on Garmin servers, but for some unknown reason, impossible to see them with the mobile app. only. I tried to restart everything... but not worked. So if somebody has an idea, that would be great.

I rolled back to version 4.15.1 and all works perfect again. :)

Same issue here. Android 7.0, Garmin Connect 4.16.1. I do hope this will be fixed soon.

Same problem on 935 with SamsungS9+ - details not showing when it's a TrainAsOne structured run, but fine for unstructured runs.

Not sure what is causing it I am on 4.16.1 seems to affect some Garmin Coach workouts but not all - if you go into the detail page it is blank but when you exit that page it briefly (fraction of a second) displays the details before exiting. All OK in web connect fortunately but rather annoying. Hopefully a fix will come soon.

I'm having the exact same problem as described here. I have events from April 13th and onwards where details are missing. Everything before that is fine

Having same exact problem here with Samsung Galaxy S8 and 4.16.1. All run workouts in android app only showing first page and blank on all others. Shows fine on windows app/online website.

I rolled back to version 4.15.1 and all works perfect again. :)

Did that too just now, and it solved all issues. Guess the bug is in the 4.16 version.

Upgraded to 4.17.1 and still have the issue.

Same here. Fenix 5 plus. But only with one activity. This was an self defined intervall training. All other activities seem to be normal.
