Despite countless emails to Garmin Tech Support, they are unable to help me and I'm seeking assistance from the Garmin Forum network.
Following a Garmin Connect update my Vivoactive HR stopped syncing. This was rectified about a fortnight ago when I reinstalled the App. However all activity for about a week failed to sync. The data is on the watch but cannot be viewed in Garmin Connect. I have tried everything I can think but it will not pull the data (HR, sleep data and a round of golf on the 11/03/18) but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone suggest a way to sync this data, if it's possible?
