App not displaying my day stats

I've had my watch just a few days (less than a week). The My Day stats were displaying fine, until today. Now, they're just not syncing. I can see my stats in other parts of the app, but not in the my day section.

Considering sending my watch back as faulty, really not impressed with this having bought an expensive watch! I expect A+ customer service, not to be ignored like this.

Just installed a new release 4.2.1
Is this one correct these points :
- Battery drain
- Sync daily stats
- Notifications

Also I see my daily HR is empty since midday ...

I'm having a similar issue. All my stats are showing correctly on the watch for the last week (when I bought the new Vivo Active 3 Music). However, the phone app is missing steps and sleep data for the last couple of days. I've tried all the usual attempts to fix it....unsync the watch, uninstall Garmin Connect from the phone, clear cache/data, unpair and re-pair the phone/watch.

Maybe related, but I connected the watch to my laptop and Garmin Express a few days ago to upload some music from the laptop to the watch. Perhaps this caused an issue?

Also, could this be related to the new firmware released a few days ago (3.90)?

Since I updated the app on my phone my data has not saved/synced on certain days.

Why is it doing this.

When will it be fixed

I sync my watch every day, is my data gone??

Then disappeared after updating the mobile app

What data exactly? Is the data visible on Garmin Connect Web?

I have the same issue - no daily stats visible - everything was working fine - I have problems since 20.05...the sync Prozess is also not stable; it syncs one time OK and the other one worse...
