App not displaying my day stats

I've had my watch just a few days (less than a week). The My Day stats were displaying fine, until today. Now, they're just not syncing. I can see my stats in other parts of the app, but not in the my day section.

Considering sending my watch back as faulty, really not impressed with this having bought an expensive watch! I expect A+ customer service, not to be ignored like this.

    Also having the same issue, but it seems to have just started in these couple days. I've used my tracker for months before with no problems.
    Probably related to the latest update to the app recently, broke a lot of things. Hoping they patch things up soon.
  • I thought I was the only one. I have the exact same problem.
    I checked my watch, everything seems fine though. And when I log on Garmin Connect on the website, it works as well. I do think it is only the app on the cellphone that is not working. I'm very new to this kind of technology, so I don't want to try anything ''risqué''. I did try shutting off, restarting, deleting the device, putting it back, checked the battery life, etc.
    I'll wait for Garmin to fix the app (how long can it actually take?). Just hope it's going to be corrected soon enough because it's kind of a big problem.

    Can someone from Garmin respond to any of our messages on this forum? Give us an idea of what is really going on or something...

    Same issues for me. All was fine until I did upgrade today, now they won't sync. Hopefully this is fixed VERY quickly.
  • I have the same issue since the last update. It is fairly annoying but the data is in the cloud and shows correctly in the web app and elsewhere in the mobile app.

    This also started happening for me today. I have tried going back to 4.1.11 and 4.1.9, but stats still do not show on My Day. The info is held in the app though as if I look under any of the menu options (e.g. Steps) I can see the data. My Day just says "No Data Yet". Any ideas anyone?

    Same problem, starts last night, I don't know the reason. My forerunner works fine.

    Same issue. Started last night. When I go to the detailed stats it shows the updated stats, but the snapshots don't display

    The fix for this issue has started rolling out. You should start seeing your data displaying in GCM as expected very soon. We apologize for any inconvenience.
