How do I Sync on demand? Sync now?

I have a VivoActive watch + Connect mobile on Android Sam S4.
I finish a run and open the phone (that was on all the time)
to see my run or but it's not synced.
I drag the screen down but nothing triggers the sync.
It could take hours until it does spontaneously.

Same in the morning, when I want to see my sleep.

Please help.

Which of the 2 devices is your default tracker? Which device has the run?

The vivoactive should sync automatically.
I don't think the vivofit 2 will.
My vivofit doesn't.

With the vivofit 2, how do you sync it if it keeps failing when you activate the sync feature on your device please?

Could you provide more specifics. Are you trying with the app or with Express on a what kind of PC? If it's the app, is it iOS or Android?
