Hi, new user here..
I recently moved from Whoop, Lose It! and Waterllama to Garmin as your Forerunner 970, BP Index Monitor, Sleep Index Monitor and Garmin Connect all funneled my data into one single platform. This allowed me to consolidate not only all those tools but also knock down silos between my critically important data and get better data insights and coaching. However, one thing your platform desperately needs is sodium tracking.. I am a Garmin Connect+ user and while I am also using your BP Index monitor and its great at automating results, and I am also using your Nutrition Tracking but there is no correlation between the two data sets today.
Blunt feedback, you're missing the boat on correlating the data between BP and Nutrition and should be a priority as BP is one of the big health indicators that if not managed is problematic to both training and future health detriment. Example: I accidentally had too much salt last night and today my BP reading was high. I had to investigate my nutrition, which was logged in Garmin, love this feature btw, but I had to come to the conclusion my sodium was higher than ideal ranges of daily intake and the timing of that sodium was ill timed. Garmin Connect+ should be taking my nutrition, BP readings and correlating the data for me to providing findings and make recommendations on my nutrition to help me live better.
Overall this move has been fantastic for me, really like the ecosystem, but there are a few quality of life things you need. The BP to nutrition correlation is a big one.
