Venu 2 Plus Voice and Assistant Not Available IOS 26.5

Hello,

I have a strange problem. Although I don't find any related topic for incompatibility between iPhone 17 pro / IOS 26.5 I cannot use my watch voice functions. I tried a lot of things to re-add the device by removing all applications on the phone, deleting the bluetooth connection and etc, but I still get that error over and over again, when I try to add the watch with Garmin Connect https://share.icloud.com/photos/037SwPIDRW2nHIsdUb5x_M9Nw

Does anybody else having the same issue?

    As well as can you please check these following settings in the settings of the phone?

    To Enable Siri and Allow Siri When Locked:

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

    2. Select Siri.

    3. Toggle Allow Siri When Locked to on:

    To Allow Siri Access to the iPhone Lock Screen:

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

    2. Select Face ID & Passcode or Touch ID & Passcode.

    3. Enter iPhone passcode.

    4. Toggle Siri on under Allow Access When Locked.

  • Hello, Actually when I press the middle button for couple of seconds, the watch is connecting to voice assistance (in my case Siri), but watch microphone is not working, so I cannot talk to the assistant. Same happens when I try to answer a call from my watch. I can see that someone is ringing, I am answering successfully from my watch but watch microphone and speaker are not working.. Seems like only the voice communication between the watch and iPhone is not established. I read over the internet that in my phone BT settings, I should have 2 connections with my watch, but I have only 1.
