My 13 year old child has a Spotify premium account and a child account through Garmin. Garmin IQ won’t let him install Spotify on his watch because he is on a child account. The permission required by the app is Send/Receive information to/from the internet, which I have already granted. Just wondering why this lockout is in place for child accounts?
Anyone over 13 on Spotify is no longer considered a child and the social media restrictions from the Australian government don’t apply to Spotify, so I don’t understand why Garmin would be stopping 13 to 16 year old teenagers from listening to music on their paid Spotify accounts.
Anyone else having the same frustration?
