Payment Failed Connect IQ

Found a nice watch face I like however I’m unable to make a purchase. I remember this used to be so much easier but it’s been a while since I purchased a watch face so maybe this is new. Does anyone have a fix for this?

This doesn’t explain why a card that I’ve been using for nearly a year suddenly doesn’t work anymore. And it is not an issue with the card itself.

Same issue for me. Brand new first time Garmin user, and the City field refuses to accept anything I put in whether legitimate or not. I even changed the county and put in a city within that and it won…

That would be nice to have some answers from Garmin…

I can’t purchase anything on the IQ Connect app.
Same error as you. Even though my wallet has an activated card in it.
And my bank (Chase) is not blocking the transactions.

Frustrating.

Our developers have verified that this error occurs when a user enters an invalid address or does not enter an address at all while setting up Garmin Wallet.

To correct this, users need to remove and re-add their payment card using a valid address in the Garmin Wallet settings.

Well, it’s wonderful but now that I removed my current card, adding one is a struggle as the city field keeps telling me it’s empty even though I filled it up.
