Training plan

Last Sat ( 02 Aug ) I did my Benchmark Run for my Jeff Galloway 10k Training Plan. 

In the set up I have selected Saturday as day for my long run.

However, after completing today's ( 05 Aug ° run I can see that my long run is currently scheduled as Tues, 12 Aug (when I need Sat 09 Aug). Currently, I cannot do long runs on weekdays.

Therefore, can you advise best way to address this problem?
