Garmin connect IQ Black Screen

I bought the Garmin Fenix8 Amoled a couple days ago.

When i first connected the ConnectIQ app i had no problems.

Then after a few days i would have to restart the app several times to be able to get into the App.

Now it doesnt work at all. i have tried to reinstall the app, restart phone and watch. but nothing helps.

when i open the App it is just a black screen.

I have an Iphone 16 Pro with IOS 18.3.2 installed

  • I am experiencing the same problem. Last weekend, I bought the Fenix 8 and at first, I could use the app normally. Since yesterday, this is no longer possible and I get a blank screen. I have also uninstalled the app and restarted the phone several times, but this has not helped.

    Edit: I have an IPhone 14 pro with IOS 18.4
