IQ watch faces on fēnix 5S Plus Sapphire have disappeared? Any solution to this?

fēnix® 5S Plus Sapphire - done all updates and checked the obvious.  IQ watch faces are no longer loading on my fēnix® 5S Plus Sapphire.  Does anyone have a resolution to that?

    Have the same issue here on my Epix Pro 2. Bought an IQ watch face and it does not appear after a few days ago. I tried searching for it or even opening the link to the app directly on the Connect Store App, but it shows a "Retry Error" message. Link works fine on the PC.
