Garmin Epix gen 2 constant sleep mode

hi - I just brought a Garmin Epix gen 2. Love it, but it goes into constant sleep mode. Kind of a dealbreaker, and I will return it if it can’t be fixed Does anybody have any suggestions

It's been going on for years, it seems. They've known about it for ages so don't expect a fix anytime soon! Or ever. You expect some bugs, but when you spend this much on a watch you do expext issues to be rectified, but no luck.

Everything else is great, but if it wasn't too late for me I'd seriously consider another company/watch because it's getting frustrating!
